• They were 6 hrs late.They weren't even movers, it was an older gentleman and his wife.They didn't get even half of everything even though nothing more was added on to the quote we received AFTER measurements were given.Then they left after 3 hours of paid work with the truck still third of the way full. My disabled veteran of a husband and myself (5ft 3) had to get the rest of it off the truck.Then we got a phone call of them trying to charge another hour to our card even after we told them they stayed for 3 hours and left (what we paid for) and they did not stay an extra hour he was trying to charge us for.I am very disappointed in this company and I will not recommend it to anyone else.We paid 300 dollars for 3 hours of just moving the heavy furniture for us because we couldn't.It resulted in scuffs all over my walls, my furniture got damaged, they were very late and we ended up doing half of it ourselves because the movers wife had to tap out because she did a job earlier in the day
