• The movers themselves were great. Very professional and careful. The owner, however, is not. We agreed via a phone call and a text to move up the move by 2 hours 5 days prior to the move. He never told his guys. They didn’t come for an hour and a half. We ended up unloading everything ourselves so didn’t need them anymore but I asked if they could help us grab a couch we found on markerplace that was 7 miles a way. They agreed but after we were on our way back to unload it back at the apartment, the owner called me and told me I needed to pay more because I was now asking for an load and unload. They worked for less than 50 minutes (again, the movers were great) including their travel time between locations. Needless to say, I refused to pay more. I still paid for the original 2 hours and tipped the guys. But the owner is unreliable, greedy and not nice at all. I do not recommend this company.

• I was really happy and have only good things to say. There were three movers, all were professional and efficient, very respectful, and I felt 100 percent comfortable working with them. Plus, the job took less time than expected but everything was handled very carefully. I absolutely recommend them! Bob B.
