Phillip and Ruben did a very efficient and great job for a last minute move. Started on time, hustled and loaded and unloaded everything with care.

I contacted them myself on the day I booked. They confirmed they would arrive on time, and they did. However, the experience became uncomfortable afterward. I had no furniture, and all my belongings were loaded in about 30 minutes, but they were split between two half-filled U-Boxes. When I asked if everything could fit into one, Philip became upset and said he would not do it because he would not get paid for two boxes. After I contacted customer service and held the payment code, they eventually repacked everything into one U-Box. During the process, I also heard Philip tell his coworker to lay my TV flat. I immediately said no, as TVs should be transported upright. I also felt repeatedly pressured to keep two boxes due to concerns about weight and damage, even though everything ultimately fit into one. The back-and-forth took about an hour and made the entire experience feel very uncomfortable. I still tipped both movers $20 each ($40 total).

Customer was explained that it would be separated into two boxes being she ordered two u-boxes. It was the best choice due to heavy boxes and the fragile items she had. She waited till we finished loading the boxes to decide to pack it in one at last minute. She made us do double the work. And no it did not just take 30 minutes she had made us take longer. The whole process of transport and packing also takes longer especially delivering 2. Yes suggested I lay tv flat due to space and safety. Now as soon as she argued the fact it was placed upwards. Customer was unbearable. And I did not ask for tip. At that point I did what she wanted and she wasn't giving us payment code, moving help Representative told her to do so. It was a bad experience on my end. She tried to play victim and made me seem like the bad guy. When I approached her to talk she made it seem like I was attacking her. She yelled and made me feel horrible. All was explained before we packed it. I then dealt with it.
