  • The moment I booked for their services, Kyle sent me a confirmation text right away and we agreed on the time of of the appointment. That's very important since time is limited and trust needs to be established at the onset. I didn't have to call them to confirm, Kyle established the communication line right away. Also, based on my experience in loading the truck, I realized that two people would be to tight to unload it so I asked for 4 movers total for the unloading part of the move into a storage facility. Although I called my request just 2 days ahead of time, Kyle was able to commit to provide 2 more movers almost instantaneously. I was very impressed with their reliability and commitment. I plan to work with them again to load and unload the truck after we get a new apartment. I'm sure I will not be disappointed.
