  • I am incredibly upset that they broke the leg off of my most valued piece of solid wood furniture (tv bench) worth over $1000 and then THREW OUT THE LEG so I wouldn’t find it. Unbelievably unprofessional. This is the second time this has happened with U-Haul Movers.

    Sorry about that. That worker has since been fired. He said the leg is in your TV stand drawer on his way out and can easily be repaired from what I'm told. And future reference, if you're trying to get a piece of furniture moved that cost that much there should be many blankets and or security provided to protect the piece. And also for warn the movers how expensive a piece of furniture is that way extra measures of protection can be taken. But if you have proof of the cost of the TV stand like a receipt. Please send pictures of that and and the damage that is done and we'd be happy to see how we can help remedy your bad experience. Hopefully besides that, it was a good experience and our responsiveness helps.
