• The day before the move, was contacted and asked to pay for the movers gas money as they would be driving their own car. However when they arrived, they didnt have a car? Then, one of the movers didnt show up at all, no reason given. Was offered a refund, but was still extremely frustrating to not get the work I had hired. The guy who was helping was clearly inexperienced and had no idea how to fit stuff into a truck, because of this, we had to make two trips which drove up the cost of the rental. At one point, the mover told me the truck was full, however over half the truck was still empty. He was friendly, however, that didnt make up for the total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

• I would tip but gave cash tip. The guys did the job to the best of their abilities. A little more muscle would have been nice other than that A 1. Thxs boys.

• Don’t recommend at all!! The logo says Alberta First Movers, but they are not connected to that Company. The movers showed up with no professional equipment and could not follow simple instructions. Well, should have been at most a four hour job ended up being six hours and they never moved the furniture into the house. Only the garage. They purposely avoided picking up heavy furniture, despite the fact that I told them that my husband and I could not carry it. They had to be told to load the truck and unload the truck. The supervisor who spoke to me said that they were brand new and had not been trained, but we’re still sent to complete this job. Please avoid this scam company if at all possible. Hire actual professional movers.
