This was very disorganized. I requested 2 movers for the afternoon for 2 hours and was told they would be at the pickup site at around 3. I got a phone call at one saying the movers were here. We had to figure out where he was, then go pick up the movers, and were upset to find only. This gentleman requested another mover. We had to wait at the pickup site for over an hour for him to get there. The move was smooth once all parties were together. After the move, I was asked to pay an additional $20 for gas, was never mentioned in setting up the contract. Overall I am disappointed.
