  • If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't speak English, arrived almost an hour late because they couldn't find the address. They were the absolute slowest help I've ever hired and only managed to move 3 small items from the living room in the first half hour. We were only able to move half of the items from a STUDIO apartment!! In an hour. They then took an HOUR to get to the new unit 3 BLOCKS AWAY!!! I called them 7 or 8 times asking where they were. Lastly, soooo many things were damaged. Completely destroyed the underside fabric of the box spring creating hand holes, scratched a bunch of wood furniture, got the white couch absolutely filthy even though furniture blankets were supplied and I warned them several times to be careful because the couch is a light color. I was so sick of dealing with them had to dismiss them and complete the move myself. Completely incompetent. Never again. Waste of money.
