Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The moving company contacted me two hours prior to our scheduled time to tell me they were still at another job and would be arriving 2-3 hours past our scheduled time. I was lied to about the town which they were coming from which certainly made a difference in the ETA. 3 movers showed up which was one more than expected, however one guy did stay on his phone for most of the time. I don't think I'll be going with this company again.
Jackson and the other employee (can’t remember his name) were great, completed the job in 1 hour instead of 2 and even offered to help us setup multiple items once they had been moved in. Would highly recommend!
