  • They are good and get the job done. The only issue is that they prefer using their hands to handle heavy items instead of using tools like dollies and hand trucks (when provided) which I rented and paid for from U-Haul. This makes them drag your heavy items such as furniture (couches, desks, etc) on the ground hence ripping them or getting them torn in the process. Dragging such items on the floor also damages the flooring hence incurring penalties on your security deposit by the landlord. Other than their avoidance to use dollies and hand trucks, they are a good team to help with the move and get the job done. They also arrived to the jobsite on time and communicated well after booking their service. Will I hire them again? Absolutely. Do I recommend them to others? Yes!
