  • My experience with overall wasn’t good the movers came with no equipment pads covers dolly’s anything to protect my walls or floors which I don’t blame the workers I blame the company as a whole. Workers was nice but slow granted it was a hot day I prepaid for 2 hours to load and unload majority of my items was in my garage I had everything broken down b4 the movers came and put in the garage to make the move faster I had one tall dresser a couch and a table that wasn’t in the garage which I expressed all the big items are the most important to load and unload after 2hours they were still loading I had to pay for a extra hour and the job still wasn’t completed 3 hours was more than enough time I did tip the workers because of time however I would never use this company again

  • I am completely disappointed with this companies move. 1st of all. They did not bring the pod to me like they were supposed to. They picked up my items and took them to the location of U-Haul. So I was unable to see how they packed my stuff until they arrive to my destination. They did not use the blankets that were provided by U-Haul, and instead just put a bike on top of my couch and a bunch of other things completely damaging my couch. I reached out to U-Haul and they were unable to do anything about getting my couch cleaned. So now I have to pay out of pocket to get my couch cleaned because it has tire marks from the bike and other items going directly over the couch. Mind the towels that were provided by U-Haul. Could’ve been used over the couch to at least protected, but the company did not seem to care about my items. I do not recommend you go with this company. Instead, I recommend with the company where you can see how they are loading your items.
