The communication from the main person (Cody) was terrible. Apparently, one of the workers got hurt earlier in the day, and they had to find a replacement worker. However, Cody did not communicate this information to me until someone else did... On the very positive note, the worker they sent out instead (Dell), he was very very awesome, quick with his job (one man operation), and very professional.
