  • Unfortunately this was a disappointing experience. Communication before and during the move was poor. I attempted to call the morning of the move to confirm arrival time and did not receive a response. During the move communication became argumentative at times and one call was abruptly ended which felt unprofessional. I was also concerned about the handling of some items. Several pieces of furniture were moved roughly and were bumped or handled with less care than expected from professional movers. The coordination and registration process also felt somewhat disorganized compared with other moving services I have used. The confirmation email also referenced a suggested gratuity amount of about 30 dollars per two hour block before services were performed which felt unusual and somewhat unprofessional. While the job was completed the overall experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected when booking through MovingHelp.
