Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The young men who unloaded our truck were extremely efficient and professional. They offered to arrive early, having finished another job ahead of schedule, and moved several large pieces of furniture through a very challenging narrow entryway. One piece even had to be hoisted up over a stair railing to go in through the back door. We were very impressed and will definitely hire again for any future moves.
I am very happy with the service provided by Keonte and his team. They were extremely professional, communicative, and paid attention to my instructions for specific items. Great communication and can-do attitude, can be a little more careful when moving and stacking items though. Items fell off the dolly a couple of times during transport, and the top of my small coffee table frame got scratched a little because the movers placed upsidedown while arranging the items. Overall good experience.
