I would absolutely hire him again and recommend him to anyone looking for a stress free, reliable move. From the moment Malcom + crew arrived it was clear they knew exactly what they were doing! He’s professional, experienced and very efficient which is not something you always find. What really stood out was how he took charge with confidence. When I suggested things, he explained his approach and stuck to what he knew worked and he was right which gave total peace of mind. He handled my belongings with great care making sure everything was wrapped protected and loaded securely. I was amazed how he fit everything into a storage unit I thought was too small! Malcom is also communicative, punctual and takes pride in his work. Do not hesitate to pick Malcom, you’re in great hands! He exceeded my expectations and so grateful I chose him!
