The guys come across as professionals but still caused damage to my furniture. I asked them to load the sofa in the very end becuase it is a very delicate piece of furniture. But they loaded the sofa when I wasn't paying attention and the sofa has damage now. Really disasspointed.
They were fantastic. I ran into some difficulty picking up the rental truck and they offered to pick me up and drive me to get the rental truck. Above and beyond expectations. The loading went very smoothly. Very professional.
