The movers we got were fantastic. They came prepared with a dolly, worked carefully and efficiently, put everything exactly where we wanted it, and were also genuinely friendly and enjoyable to work with. They got a packed 15-foot U-Haul unloaded in well under two hours. Communications with the company prior to the move were very spotty. I was trying to confirm the appointment time for unloading help and they never answered my email, never answered their phone, and gave very brief replies via text that weren’t reassuring. I honestly wasn’t sure if they would even show up or at what time. Fortunately, they did show up right on time, and overall I would be happy to hire them again.
