  • 1 star. Would not recommend. I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the service my team and I received. This move resulted in serious damage to my belongings and my home. Major damage Dropped and broke my 85 inch TV while carrying it down the stairs Broken and damaged multiple other items Blue paint scraped onto my wall from a box hitting it during the move Several items left dirty because they were not covered, even though I had provided covers specifically for this Poor packing and handling Boxes clearly marked fragile and handle with care were stacked under heavier items despite me pointing this out in the moment. I watched those boxes bend and eventually tear under the weight. Other issues Trash left behind in the front area and hallways Poor communication throughout the day I expected professionalism and care with my belongings, and instead I am dealing with a broken TV, a damaged wall, and dirty items. I would not use this company again and cannot recommend them to anyo
