Great guys. Hard workers. They hustled to get the job done in time. They worked fast the entire time I had them booked and I was actually impressed and satisfied with the service. Thats rare these days. Book these guys with confidence
I would not hire this company again. They were scheduled from 9 AM to 12 PM but arrived one hour late and worked from 10 AM to 3 PM. I was charged for two extra hours, plus they demanded an additional $80 per person for heavy items. I ended up paying $355 extra. They were not prepared even after arriving late. They did not bring their own dolly or proper equipment. I also noticed they were taking breaks when I was occupied with other tasks, which made the job take much longer. The day before, another moving company moved the exact same items from the container to the U-Haul truck in about one hour with no extra fees. This company took five hours for the same items. They also caused damages. They removed the plastic cover from my mattress and dragged it, making it dirty and unusable. They left holes in my unit, which caused charges to me, and damaged my furniture, including holes in my chairs and sofa. I am requesting a refund and compensation for all damages.
