  I communicated prior to the move the size of our truck and that we would book additional time if they thought we would need it. The 2 guys came and made it very clear we needed more time and seemed mad because of the size of our truck, as it wasn’t communicated to them that we had a 26’ truck. We wanted help taking the remaining storage items to our storage unit, but they couldn’t do it due to a personal emergency. Hard working and did a good job with our belongings. We were put in an awkward situation, because the crew didn’t get the information they need to do their job efficiently ( they said they needed more than 2 guys).

  These guys did such an outstanding job! They got right to work and didn’t stop until the job was done. They were so kind!

  Communication was not easy, showed them the whole house to make sure they’d evaluate to make sure to pack and fit everything, they wouldn’t communicate what needed too go or the most important priority to go on the truck,they left lots of gaps and we had to get another small trailer to move it all out of state, also when we arrived they didn’t cover several pieces of furniture w blankets provided and lots of very bad scratches and dings on and several pieces of furniture are brand new. I’ve reported a dispute but no communication so far.
