• Not a great experience ! I booked 4 hours to make sure they load my pod correctly and do everything without damages the lady that told me she has experts , I paid more money to hire 2 more people , they said they will be there at 9 00, they called me and told me that one person is there at 9 45 , he started loading the boxes , I tried to tell him that it should be loaded last , but he said he knows what’s he’s doing the rest of the crew came at 10 ; 50 they were rushing , I warned them that my stuff will be damaged , but they didn’t listen , even one was so rude . They told me we can’t fit everything and if we rearrange it we will need more time , I said I have no problem. I went down saw the pod and everything looked as if it was just shoveled in , I told them but again they won’t listen . They left at 12 30 and left items in the street by the pod . And as expected all the pieces were either chipped (specially my marble dinning ) , scratched or broken.

• I booked 4 helpers for 2 hours. Only 2 showed up. Company said they don't offer 4 helpers, the whole thing was a mistake, so I had to work together with the workers and after 2 hours we were almost done. Negotiated with the company to have them stay longer to finish the job, They made me give them the payment code first and then they just left because I was not going to pay them upfront for the extra half hour we needed. They should have honored the booking even if it was an error. I let them have it their way, but they refused to work with me regarding overtime to get the job done. They wanted contracts and upfront payment, I wanted to just finish the job and pay when they are done. They just walked off. Very dissapointed. But otherwise great workers.
