  • Absolutely the best - highly reccomend! The movers that we had booked originally through the platform didn't show up on our move date. At 330PM we inquired with Mod Design, and they showed up as quickly as they could with a last-minute COI. Since it was the end of the day on a Sunday, our U-box could no longer be picked up, so instead of canceling on us, they called us with a solution before bringing us the problem, and rented a U-Haul truck for us and came and picked everything up that night, then delivered it to our U-box first thing the next morning. The lock that we gave them for the box broke as they were trying to close up the U-box, and without even asking, they bought us a new lock and told us not to worry about paying for it. We, of course, Venmo'd them anyway. They were both extremely kind, professional, and careful with our belongings; they communicated with us through every step of the process, and we fully trusted them with everything. Best experience with movers by far!
