The person I dealt with was very pleasant and they showed up in my timeframe. I have to say that I typically do not write negative reviews, but I called the owner to work out my concerns and he said he was busy and would call me back and did not do so. They spent one day packing and the next day loading. As we've unloaded, dishes were thrown in boxes without bubble wrap. Heavy items were placed on fragile items without padding. Nothing was kept together. For example, the hardware was in a different box than the item so it took days to find. I would not hire them again.
