• Reliable Strongmen. We actually got 3--Antonio, TG, and Justin. As advertised, they are both reliable and strong. These guys were lifesavers! I'm too old to be grabbing heavy boxes and pieces of furniture and running them up a flight of stairs. But the reliable strongmen efficiently got all the big heavy pieces from my garage to the correct locations in the house. They were polite, friendly, and followed instructions well. And they saved my father-in-law and me from having to do all that back breaking work. I highly recommend them!

• The company sent me a text the day before we were scheduled. It simply stated how are you. I was driving from Maryland to Tennessee. I didn’t know they had texted me. I arrived at our new home at 2am. I woke up early to meet the moving help that were scheduled for the morning. I had received a confirmation email of my order and confirmed that the start time was in the morning. At 10am I saw and replied to the text they sent the day before. The company stated they would have to check as because I didn’t reply to the text sent the day before, they didn’t send anyone out to my house. They finally arrived at almost 12pm and were done in less than one hour. I was still charged for the full 2 hours.
