Our local helpers have been helping people move since 2002.
Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were on time and understanding when they had to wait to begin unloading. We were still waiting on the landlady to show up. They were careful, quick and efficient. When they finished unloading, they asked, Is there anything more you need us to do?
Unfortunately even though this was a load of maybe 5 items of furniture, I provided covers for these items and none of them were used causing some significant damage to the chest of drawers and dresser. It was not placed into the trailer in an orderly way where the rest of my items could be packed. After they left we ended up rearranging these items so the rest of my belongings could be packed into the trailer. They were very nice but just not what I paid for.
