• We found the workers to be a little rough with our household goods. The worker named Monte, told my wife that they were paid by the box and that they were not supposed to take loose items into the home. I understood that I paid by the hour and the gentleman that scheduled the workers told me ,they are yours until the job is done. It took them 2 hours to move us in. I tipped them $50.00.

  Im not sure where the handling rough would come from as our guys did exactly as instructed with all items by your wife None of your property nor belongings were damaged in any way The job was for unloading 4Uboxes but booked as hourly labor between you and UHaul which we normally dont allow to be done that way since we are supposed to be paid per UBOX They did go above the normal request of unloading and placed individual items bottles of shampoo conditioner in desired rooms one by one by your request The tip is much appreciated and normally says youre satisfied so I assume the overall satisfaction was there and maybe just a bad day for you
