Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
There was misunderstanding of how long they were to be working and seemed to be in a rush to make the next job. Our kitchen was the only thing to be packed. It began well but by the end, there were items that hadn't been packed, items that weren't to be packed but were boxed up and moved, and the quality of packing each item diminished.
Juan and Tony were excellent. Juan was a great communicator and they hit the ground running once they started loading the truck. What was so nice is that the truck was completely full and they still had a dresser to load up, and they had their own van to have it loaded up in to transport over into storage. They handled all of my things with care, which I really appreciated. 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend and use them again!
