    Truck was loaded poorly. We had to unload half the truck after the team left and reload ourselves because many essential items were left off. There were lots of empty spaces. They asked if they could send an extra helper because one of their teams did not show up for work. They charged me an additional hour and had me pay them through the cash app instead of using the Uhaul app.
