Jason told me exactly what kind of ratchet straps, which I ordered. During the move, the movers told me they were wrong and would not work. We had to go buy different ones which cost us time. The movers arrived 40 minutes late. They were courteous however they made big mistakes that cost us money and time. Initially we showed them what needed to be moved and which were the heaviest and most fragile, including a set of 4 tires. They stopped though the job was not completed and 40 minutes short of the time paid. They agreed to come back in the evening after their next jobs if we paid them directly which we had no choice but to accept . All of the belongings should have fit in the 26' truck. The four tires had not yet been packed, among other items. We had to rent an additional trailer, have a hitch installed, which cost us over $1000 and half a day. Items were broken and scrapped because of poor packing even though packing materials were available. Do not hire!
