I usually don't complain but my appointment was at 9am . Tyler showed up at 1030 with a helper. Loading was awful. Tyler was found several times sitting in truck texting on phone. i had to ask him several times to carry something to the truck instead of just walking behind the helper. He seemed to have an attitude about it . I myself was also helping. I rented a 26 ft. Truck because of the master bedroom furniture set . A recliner some boxes with odds and ends like microwaves lawn tools flower pots and bags of linen. Job was not completed in the four hours I paid for. I would Not recommend Tyler to anyone but I would definitely recommend the helper that was with him doing all the work mostly by himself . This is not my first time with uhaul recommendations for movers but it's my last with that company. Hopefully the movers in Idaho are great like the last time I hired through uhaul. We hire movers to make it less stressful. Disappointed customer.
