• I didn't receive communication about the help within 24 hours as it said in the ad. i didn't hear back after his first text around 11am till past 3pm on the day before the move. The desired appointment was 8 am but I wanted to confirm the truck rental. He said he needs to know right now so I called u haul for the confirmation. When I texted him 17 minutes later he said the time is no longer available. The earliest is 10 30. He didn't show up till a quarter after 11. Then 10 minutes before 1pm he said he needs to go in 10 minutes. Left me with stuff on the ground on the street. My app wasn't working to see the payment code so i needed to call moving help to get the code. Got angry text although i told him that i will text him the code later because I needed to finish loading. He helped me to park closer but the truck was blocking the traffic. Got angry text saying where is the code. Very impatient. Overall experience is negative.

  You requested 1 helper for 2 hours The helper was at your location from 11 10 AM to 1 15 PM Please check the message timestamps for confirmation A few items remained but the booked time had ended The helper gave a 10 minute notice before leaving due to other scheduled jobs We followed up several times for the payment code since it was not received at job completion 1 Got the payment code 2 Hello is everything okay 3 Sorry to bother you we need the payment code 4 The helper completed the 2 hour job We need the code to release payment Thank you We apologize if our messages seemed harsh That was not our intention We usually receive the code right after the job which is why we followed up We are sorry for your experience and appreciate your feedback
