• Eugene was a wonderful communicator and was helpful during the entire process. I booked help at the last minute (same day I was moving) and he was very prompt with his initial contact to me and helpful with planning. I had a little bit of a hiccup and delayed about 10 minutes and he was understanding and helpful with that as well! Christian and Juan, the two gentleman who helped me move, were also extremely helpful and very quick! They were careful with my electronics and loaded the truck in a great way to ensure nothing tipped over or broke. They were very kind and asked questions where they needed to during the move to ensure everything was correct because the whole house was not being loaded into the moving truck. Overall my experience with the company was wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who asked!

• Coordinator was helpful. Movers were mostly good, but at the end talked with me about adding an additional hour, then 15 minutes later said they were done for the day. They ended up finishing the time, but after two other movers canceling with us the same day, it was incredibly stressful to think they were going to leave and we still had time available and another piece of furniture to move. As I said, they did end up finishing the job, though. Tipped in cash.
