• The scheduler and movers had a miscommunication on arrival time. The movers were slow and seemed to struggle with how to get furniture through doorways and how to load the moving truck. Many of my wood chairs were scratched and damaged due to how they were loaded. Several of the boxes and totes were damaged and bent during the move due to stacking heavier totes on top of lighter totes. The previous move with the same amount of stuff, 2 guys were able to load completely in under 2 hours. These guys took a full two hours with my complete help the last hour and we still didn't get it all loaded. They were polite and they tried! They just need a little more training.

  Hello Douglas, this is just appalling. By your admission the crew who worked for you was great and did an excellent job. You were granted a third person to work for you for free, the best crew we have. You were kept informed all the time about the timing of the move. But the result is a 2 star review, 2 star like we did a complete disaster, instead of great, your word. This because the person who has been communicating with you was not up to your expectations. We apologize for that, even if she tried her best to keep you informed. So, we did a great job, offered a third person in the crew for free but deserve a two star. Unfathomable and inexplicable.
