The scheduler and movers had a miscommunication on arrival time. The movers were slow and seemed to struggle with how to get furniture through doorways and how to load the moving truck. Many of my wood chairs were scratched and damaged due to how they were loaded. Several of the boxes and totes were damaged and bent during the move due to stacking heavier totes on top of lighter totes. The previous move with the same amount of stuff, 2 guys were able to load completely in under 2 hours. These guys took a full two hours with my complete help the last hour and we still didn't get it all loaded. They were polite and they tried! They just need a little more training.
