  • The day before our move, they called and told us that they couldn’t make it, but did not leave a voicemail and then sent a text which I missed. So we didn’t have them show up. When I called, they explained they couldn’t make it and did try to call. However, they scrambled and was able to get someone out there much later in the day and did a great job. So one snafu, but overall, they did great.

  • They were careless in their loading. I purchased many moving blankets that were not used and just thrown aside resulting in much of my furniture being damaged during the move as a result.
