• Two strong guys were great in helping ease the transition from west coast Portland to east coast Charlotte. Texted me day before with delivery and unload time and responded quickly to replies. Coordinated with UHaul to bring UBox out on mini trailer on scheduled day of delivery that I set up a month prior. Messaged me when they were on their way, and called when here. Worked quickly and easily loading up carts and dollys to go from front of house around to back, even in the rain, and were respectful of property. Followed instructions to move some items into storage area and other items upstairs into living space. Total job, In and out in about an hour. Tipped direct $$$ for two – Huge help, much appreciated-thanks guys !!

  Choose It & Move It

• BEWARE. These movers caused hundreds probably thousands of dollars in damages to my property. My entire couch was destroyed and had to get throw out due to extensive amounts of damage that was caused entirely by them. We had to ask them multiple times to be more careful but they continued be extremely rough with all of my belongings. When I pointed out damage they were causing they would say things along the lines of ‘that’s going to happen when moving’. Every time I pointed out damage that they were making or concerns with how they were handling things they would make excuses or say that those items are ‘made to take pressure’. The whole process was so emotionally difficult watching items that I care about get completely destroyed. Not once did they apologize or show any concern for what they were doing. If you value any of the items you’re moving do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

  I apologize that you feel that way. Then, to blame us for listening to you and following YOUR plan on how you wanted your items placed inside the box. The couch that YOU measured, that was longer than the box. Time and time again I mentioned that the couch was too long. You stood there and insisted on trying it this way and trying it that way seven times. Of course, the covering was not protecting the couch as good as it was after being twist, flipped, and turned so many times.
