  On Call Movers

  Hired two guys to help me move my stuff, I unfortunately didn’t get their names, but one of them was 10 out of 10, unfortunately the other one gave up 10 minutes in, they were trying to move the couch and he had no clue what he was doing, and when the other guy tried to instruct him, guy #2 kept complaining that he didn’t have coffee and couldn’t do the move, was super unprofessional. Threw his hat and shades on the floor, said he wasn’t doing it and threw a tantrum. Then he said he gave up and wouldn’t do the move. So out of the two guys I hired, I was left with one. Guy #1 tho was nice, professional and managed to pull off the move all by himself. Even tho it ended up taking 4 hours when it should have been 2. So Guy #1 was awesome and honestly deserves everything. Where guy #2 was unprofessional, threw a tantrum and honestly I would have fired him. Guy #1 is the only reason I even gave the company any stars in my review. Guy #2 was a nightmare.

  The booking was not confirmed by the company until we reached out to do so a few weeks after submitting the request through uhaul, several items were noticeably damaged, and one of the workers smelled strongly of weed and was carelessly handling items, often banging them into walls. One the workers (I believe his name was Tyrese) seemed very professional, loading the truck carefully, and treating everything with respect. They did send an extra helper without request by us, which helped offset the late start we had for the morning and got us out on time. A lot of items were found damaged when we went to unload the truck, some beyond repair.
