I had them load from storage unit. Several of my items were broken and every piece of wood furniture(dressers, china cabinet, antique desk, antique oak dining room table and all 8 chairs, etc.) has deep scratches on them. I had several blankets and rented furniture pads for them to pack truck. They never opened them.
