The 2 guys that showed up had drive and motivation to get the job done and were very nice. HOWEVER these guys had no clue how to load a truck. They didnt utilize space, didnt strap items to the truck walls, didnt stack anything. After loading a handful of large items they told us we were gonna need 2 trips. Im moving 2 hours away, multiple trips was not an option. We had to reload what they did then had to direct them how to load the rest of the truck. In the end the only benefit they really provided was saving us from heavy lifting. Im unloading today and am praying nothing is damaged

Second time using this crew and while they did a fantastic job with the loading they showed up with a totally different attitude than the prior time and I wasn’t as impressed the second time with them.
