  • Terrible communication within company and service providers. An email was sent to the email listed (huckabee..)to communicate details regarding the move. Then a text came from Chris asking for details about the move, details provided. An additional text by the actual service providers was sent asking for details about the move. Annoying to provide the same info three times when it could have been easily communicated. Wayne and Will were fantastic and loaded the truck efficiently and quickly. No problems or questions and very polite and professional. Only frustration was they had to drive a long distance to the move address which prevented them from starting earlier. But they were fantastic. I would use their services again.

    Usually the text is sent out multiple times because 70 times in 100 the details change even up to us finishing the move so they ask the day of to confirm all details as well. Very simple to copy and paste information if nothing changes, but its not as easy to plan a 2 hour move and it turn into 6 hours cause of things changing. Sorry for the inconvinience.
