  • Tae and Quan were helpful -- they packed the U-Haul efficiently and did not break any items. My only critique is they were a bit terse with their communication. Nothing overtly disrespectful or derogatory but not the most customer friendly interaction I've ever had. I can't complain too much with the price. We had a successful move because of their help.
