  • Joe and Marshawn were a MASSIVE help. On-time, communicative, and hard workers. Literally couldn't have done it without them. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area who's planning to move.

  • They broke our beds and did not reassemble them even when they said they would when asked in advance. They did not bring all the parts for the beds either. Then they didn't bring the cords for the washing machine to be connected and left vitality in the middle of the basement floor. They lost some cords too. Overall they were kind people.

    Hi Rosalynn thank you for your feedback. Were glad to hear you found our team kind. However we do want to clarify a few points regarding the services provided. Our team did not break any furniture or remove any parts from your beds. All items were handled with care and the pieces that were disassembled were the same ones provided at pickup. We also did not remove or misplace any cords. If any parts were missing upon arrival they were not present when we loaded your items
