Could improve communication before the move date

This was a very 2-star experience. Positives; they showed up on time, they got heavy things down stairs, and they stayed a little longer to complete the job. Negatives; they argued the whole time, were incredibly slow, and they struggled to lift even couches. They seem nice, but maybe this work isn’t for them. Professionals would have completed the same amount of work in half the time.
