  • Worst help ever. No English. No straps for heavy furniture items. Damaged my tv stand. Begged me for a tip at the end which was absolutely ridiculous. Didn’t know how to pack the U-Haul. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    We respectfully disagree with this review. When we arrived, the majority of the U-Haul had already been loaded. Our job was mainly to organize the remaining boxes, secure the load, and protect your belongings. We carefully wrapped and protected your TV and arranged everything properly for safe transport. We have photos and videos taken during and after the job that show the truck was properly packed and that your belongings, including the TV stand, were not damaged when we completed the service. Regarding the tip, my helper did ask if you would like to leave one at the end of the job. That was his personal decision and not something I instructed or required. We are also disappointed by the comment about us not speaking English. We communicated throughout the job and completed the work that was requested. We treat every customer with respect and work hard to provide a professional service. We stand by the quality of our work and believe this review does not accurately reflect the se
