• Excellent service. The mover called after I booked to confirm date, time, and ask relevant questions. They were polite, hardworking, and finished just under the two hours. Very efficient team. And very careful! They took extra care to protect our belongings and used floor coverings in our home to help keep it clean and prevent damage. I have used many movers over the years. This team stood out for their punctuality, professionalism and work ethic. They showed up with all dollies, equipment, and hand tools for assembly. They were also reasonably priced. Not the cheapest on Uhaul, but I would have paid more for the service they provided. I did give them a generous tip in appreciation for them being so careful and finishing faster than I expected, saving me money. I give them my highest recommendation.

• The guys were friendly and on-time. However, we had several pieces damaged we noticed when unloaded including scuffed tabletops and bent metal pieces. A gash in one of the walls also happened to how a metal placed was placed against it causing the drywall to get damaged and now need repair. This was a 'commercial' move so assuming it was presumed that since it was commercial furniture it did not matter as much. Everything moved was less than a year old purchased brand new and now looks as if we had some of it for years. They also did not pack the truck well, we had storage racks that could fit other items in between and on the bottom of (we got the 26' Uhaul) and left several pieces behind that we must now move. Overall we felt it wasn't worth the $600+ for movers (plus additional $80 tip) as stuff was damaged and didn't even get everything in the truck.
