• Would have given 5 stars but initial communication was non-existent. Called the number provided by confirmation email, left a voicemail, sent a text, sent an email, and had U-Haul support send an urgent email, but no response. I had to call several times to confirm my reservation before actually getting to speak to Manny for the first time when an alternate number came up after the afterhours message. After that initial contact, communication went smoothly. The two young men who moved my items were professional and courteous. I already tipped both young men with cash after the move and before they left.

• My movers were great and hard working. But U-haul site says I would hear from the, 24 hours before the move and they didn’t. I sent a text, called and an email and had to ask management to send them an email. I did get a call and I appreciated it but then I was reminded I needed to be there on time or I’d be charged additional and they couldn’t come when I had wanted so it changed getting my truck by an hour earlier. I adjusted and the rental truck guy was awesome about it all, but the movers showed up 20 minutes later than the management had told me to be there. Again, the movers were grand.

• The guys that performed our loading service were very friendly, but most seemed pretty inexperienced and were not very careful handling expensive furniture items. They got the job done and helped us add an additional box to our order when we ran out of space last minute.
