I’ve hired other moving companies before and moved 12 times, twice across country. I normally never rate a company one star but I cannot make what happened up. This was the absolute worst most disturbing and disappointing experience. Poor communication around timeliness. I had booked for 3-6pm They didn’t show up til 4 45 pm. The first guy showed up while eating and talking on the phone, ignored me and started throwing my belongings around. They broke a chair and the legs of a desk, scratched several items, ripping the fabric off multiple pieces of furniture. The first guy also asked if he could place containers of worms in my home, cursed out my neighbors, and asked to ride in my personal vehicle.

It was a pleasure to move your belongings. Hopefully if you can afford better movers, it will go better.
