  I’m giving this moving service 1 star because the experience was stressful, cost me extra money, and resulted in damaged furniture and broken items. Alexander is friendly and hardworking, but it became clear I was essentially hiring one experienced mover. His helper did very little, so a job estimated at 5 hours took 9 hours, forcing me to pay for 4 extra hours that could have been avoided with a competent crew. The morning of the move was also chaotic. Even though everything was confirmed 5–7 days in advance, I received repeated messages about the rain and finding a helper, leaving me unsure whether they would even show up. The biggest issue was how my furniture was handled. Heavy-duty packing tape was placed directly on painted wood furniture, pulling off the finish when removed. They also broke a glass frame and several other items. Between the poor communication, extra cost, and damaged belongings, I cannot recommend this company.
