  The crew did not communicate properly. They started boxing up our things without our permission, put our food that was in the freezer in a cooler without notifying us (just found the food spoiled today), very poorly packed on the truck, we had busted boxes, boxes that were wet due to leaks, boxes were dropped, things missing that we can’t find. Two of our beds are broken, furniture scratched, one guy set up a break spot on the side of my house where he use one of our chairs, and they didn’t not complete putting the things they were asked to put on the truck before leaving an hour early. Worst moving experience ever.

  Two drunk dudes the company found on Craigslist showed up with no equipment, scratched half of my furniture and the floor of the apartment. But I guess they got the job done?

  Absolutely 1million percent DO NOT recommend this company to anyone looking for moving service. I requested TWO movers to load for 3 hours and only ONE person was sent out. My children had to help the one person that was sent out. I was told that someone else was on the way when the person got started but no one else ever showed up. I was told I would be refunded and would receive a free move the next time. I don’t want a free move next time, I wanted what I paid $350 for to be completed by the company I paid to complete the job. My children and I had to load 75 percent of our belongings ourselves after the 3 hour time frame was up and the one guy sent left. We all have different disabilities which was the reason we even paid for a service rather than doing it ourselves in the beginning. I was told I would be refunded but have not been provided with any proof of a refund being processed back to me other than a text message that said it will be within 10 business days. UNPROFESSIONAL
