Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers arrived approximately three hours later than the scheduled time. We had originally booked a two-person crew for four hours, but we were unexpectedly charged an additional $200 because we were told the job required more than a two-person crew. Unfortunately, we also discovered that several of our items were damaged during the move. I'm very disappointed with the overall experience and wanted to bring these issues to your attention.
This move was completed by a two-person crew, and they did an outstanding job. They were extremely fast, professional, and handled our belongings with great care. They even finished ahead of the scheduled time. We were very impressed with their efficiency and would gladly recommend them.
